Are you an organised and proactive Office Administrator looking for a varied and engaging role?

Working with a well-established business with offices in Alton and Petersfield, we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their friendly team. This role is a great mix of reception duties, office administration, and business support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of both offices.

This position offers full-time or part-time hours and requires the ability to commute between Alton and Petersfield, with access to your own transport.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, providing a professional and welcoming reception experience.

* Managing incoming and outgoing post, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the reception area is well presented.

* Supporting office administration, including facilities management, health & safety compliance, and coordinating fire safety and first aid procedures.

* Assisting with client onboarding, maintaining databases, processing paperwork, and updating records.

* Coordinating training courses, booking meeting rooms, and assisting with diary management.

* Ordering and managing stock of office supplies, stationery, and kitchen provisions.

* Providing general administrative support such as audio and copy typing, document preparation, and filing.

* Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices and supporting billing procedures.

* A team player with a “can do, will do” attitude who enjoys working collaboratively.

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly manner.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

* Someone who is happy to split their time between Alton and Petersfield and has access to their own transport.
