The role – Behaviour Mentor

I am working with a SEMH school based in Bromley that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! In this role you will be working with key stage 2 & 3 students out of class and must have strong behaviour management skills, you will be required to use de – escalation techniques when needed. As a Behaviour Mentor you must be an approachable, enthusiastic and confident person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students, you must be immediately available for a long – term full – time role and have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. In this role you must have experience working with Social Emotional Mental Health Needs and working in a SEN school as a Behaviour Mentor.

This SEN school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 7 – 13 years old. The school’s focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils. They are committed to provide an outstanding education to all its pupils and young people from all backgrounds. In so doing, their pupils will acquire the values, skills, knowledge and understanding to prepare them for life beyond the classroom and subsequently succeed.
