This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent building performance consultancy who specialise in providing expert sustainability services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an established Energy Assessor to join their team in Swansea.

Key responsibilities for an Energy Assessor include:

Carrying out non-domestic EPC's via SBEM and Design Building modelling software
Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiencyThe ideal Energy Assessor will have:

A level 4 or level 5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor qualification
Good experience in an Energy Assessor role delivering commercial EPCs
Proficiency with IES-VE and SBEM software
Full UK drivers license
Excellent communication and organisational skillsBenefits of the role:
