Responsibilities in your new role as the Financial Controller
The role is focused on the day-to-day financial management of the business, while offering the autonomy to design and improve processes to support growth. You will oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, and analysis, while continuously improving processes to ensure efficiency. You'll also work closely with the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial strategy.
Your personality, experience and qualifications

Hospitality sector experience is essential - understanding the unique challenges of the industry is a must.

Strong financial acumen with experience in a hands-on Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.

Ambition and drive.

Excellent transactional finance skills with a passion for improving systems and processes.

Proficiency in Xero, Fourth, Procure Wizard & Clarity is highly advantageous.
