Full Time, Night Support Worker, job vacancy, Blandford Forum Area of Dorset. (No Personal Care).
Criteria
* No Experience needed (Fully funded training provided).
* A supportive individual with lots of patience and understanding.
* Ability to help budget, cook, clean and seek desired activities.
* Applicants must be over the Age of 21.
* A caring nature and an understanding of what good support looks like.
* A Car Driver is essential due to the location of the service.
* Successful applicants will need to complete pre-employment checks.
* Successful applicants will need a DBS check.

* £11.72 - £12.78 per hour
* £25 per night shift worked (approx. an additional £4000 per year).
* £30’700 - £33K per annum including the night shift allowance above.

Duties
As a Senior Night Support Worker, you will be a fantastic role model for the young people they support. Your focus will be to support them with their evening routines, this includes activities, hobbies which could be on or off-site. You will communicate with parents and support workers on your team to ensure that their medical needs are met. You will be a fantastic listener and there for their emotional support, someone they can talk to easily. You will be a fantastic motivator whilst encouraging independence and daily living skills.
