We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturing company in Buckingham. This company specialises in the production of high-quality wooden pallets and is looking for a reliable and skilled forklift driver to support their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials, load and unload goods, and support production processes.

· Transport wooden pallets and raw materials safely within the warehouse and manufacturing facility.

· Ensure all stock is stored correctly and efficiently in designated areas.

· Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the forklift to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Work collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams to meet operational targets.

· Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

· Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).

· Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

· Good attention to detail and awareness of workplace safety procedures.

· Reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm, Friday 7am to 11am
