Temporary Customer Service Support

Full time, office based.
£12.21 per hour, paid weekly.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve:
Managing inbound and outbound customer queries
Logging and processing information
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries
Providing clear updates and support to customers throughout the process
Handling administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in claims handling, insurance, booking in repairs or similar services.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail
