The Role:

Position: Head of Maths

Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate
Contract: Full-time, permanentAs Head of Maths, you will:

Lead the Maths department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
Develop and deliver innovative and engaging curriculum plans tailored to our students' needs.
Support students with varying levels of ability, helping them build confidence and achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive whole-school improvement and support the wider school community.What We're Looking For:

A qualified Maths teacher with a track record of success in raising standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire both staff and students.
Experience in working within an alternative provision or with students who require additional support (desirable).
