As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for undertaking Corporate Parent Responsibility, ensuring the robust implementation of care plans that meet the holistic needs of those in your care.
You will be actively involved in child protection and safeguarding inquiries, conducting thorough assessments, and progressing permanency plans through adoption, special guardianship, or long-term foster care.
Additionally, this role involves court work, including the preparation of quality statements, and active participation in team meetings and service-related activities to contribute to the overall success of our programs.Requirements of a Children in Care Senior Practitioner:

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Post-qualified experience
