An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled CNC Machinist Programmer to join a well-established, clean, and modern machine shop manufacturing high-precision components, primarily for the aerospace industry. This role offers a mix of offline programming and hands-on machining, ideal for someone who enjoys working on small batch sizes and one-off components.

Offline programming up to 5 axis components
Setting up first-off components on the machines as needed.
Working on small batch sizes and one-off precision parts.
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in aerospace-standard machining.What You'll Bring:

Experience in offline programming, ideally with MasterCAM, but other programmes considered.
Strong background in precision CNC machining.
Ability to set up and inspect first-off components.
A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-respected aerospace machine shop, with excellent earning potential and a great working environment.
