PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on industrial & commercial schemes in Buckinghamshire/Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

The organisation is a main building contractor who has an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from £2million - £20million in value.

Job role: Contracts Manager

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + package (DOE)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Bucks/Oxfordshire

Contracts Manager responsibilities:

Meeting with clients to identify requirements.
Agreeing budgets & timescales.
Attending site meetings regularly to check on project progress.
Acting as main point of contact for Site/Project Manager's and clients.
Developing & presenting project proposals.Contracts Manager Knowledge and skills:

Black CSCS
SMSTS
Industrial & commercial experience
Experience within a similar role in the construction industry
Strong leadership skills
