Engineering Project Manager, Southampton, £50,000

The Engineering Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will be joining a fun and process driven team, contributing to the continued success and growth of the company. Alongside a competitive salary, you will have 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and free on-site parking.  

As Engineering Project Manager, you will:

Lead engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones are met.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders, manage risks, and lead project teams effectively.
As Engineering Project Manager, you will have:

Proven experience in engineering or construction project management.
Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple tasks under pressure.
