About the role of a Facades Manager

As a Facades Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work range upto £60m. Day to day duties include communicating with the team, preparing site reports for Contact Managers, and ensuring all works are on time and dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise.

Experience/Qualifications for a Facades Manager

Proven experience in construction site management, particularly with design and build contracts and solid understanding of facades.
Substantial knowledge of facade materials, methods of manufacture and installation, materials and testing.
Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills.

Salary between £45,000 - £50,000
