Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule appointments and diaries
Respond to customer calls/emails and confirm appointments
Update the system and records
Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise
General admin support for the team
The person:
Administration experience, scheduling experience is desirable
Diary management experience
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills - with ability to prioritise
Good attention to detail
Strong IT skills
The salary is up to £24,250 DOE, Hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
