We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer to ensure our products meet the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in testing and aligning products, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with our design and manufacturing teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Test and align ECS products and systems to meet specifications.

* Identify and resolve issues during manufacturing, reporting findings promptly.

* Take ownership of products throughout the manufacturing cycle.

* Work on new designs under the guidance of the design authority.

* Train and assist junior team members in test procedures.

* Communicate technical issues and improvements to relevant teams.

* Support test procedure development as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

* Experience in analogue and digital electronics, including fault finding to component level.

* Knowledge of RF Power Amplifier setup and tuning.

* Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (network analyzers, power meters, spectrum analyzers, etc.).

* Experience in Test within a manufacturing environment.

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and IT literacy and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills:

* Passion for engineering with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines.

* Experience with COFDM systems and transmit/receive systems.

* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Syspro).

* Degree qualified or equivalent.
