About the Role:
We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers of Science to join a dynamic and supportive school community in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified teachers to make a real impact in an environment where staff wellbeing is prioritized, and professional development is encouraged. The positions are available due to an internal promotion, and we are looking for passionate educators to join the team from September, or sooner if available.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 (and possibly Key Stage 5).

Ensure that all students are provided with high-quality education in Science, fostering a love of the subject.

Provide support for students to meet and exceed their learning targets.

Contribute to the development of the Science department and work collaboratively with colleagues.

Participate in school-wide initiatives to support the growth and success of the school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

A passion for Science and the ability to inspire students.

A strong commitment to the educational welfare of students.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with colleagues and students alike.
