Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-driven Recruitment 360 to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview and offer process. You will play a key role in sourcing highly skilled professionals for both internal and client-facing positions in the defence and engineering sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various defence and engineering roles.
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Utilise multiple recruitment channels to identity top talent and engage passive candidates.
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process and ensure that roles are filled in a timely manner.
* Support in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates.
* Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (ideally in defence, engineering, or technical recruitment).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
* Proven track record in sourcing, screening and placing candidates for a range of roles.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
* Ability to work autonomously, while also collaborating within a team environment.
* Passion for delivering high-quality recruitment services and creating a positive candidate experience.
