The Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of all electrical aspects of the residential project. This role requires leadership, coordination, and a strong understanding of electrical systems, residential building practices, and safety standards. You'll oversee daily site operations, manage electricians and subcontractors, and ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the on-site electrical team (in-house and subcontractors)

*

Coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient workflow and task completion

*

Ensure all installations comply with the NEC and local building codes

*

Work closely with project managers, builders, and other site supervisors

*

Monitor material use, deliveries, and equipment on-site

*

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and progress

*

Report daily progress and site updates to the project management team

*

Troubleshoot and resolve technical or scheduling issues promptly

Requirements:

Gold ECS card

*

SMSTS

*

5+ years of experience in residential electrical installation and supervision

*

Previous experience managing on-site crews in residential construction

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans

*

Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused mindset
