We are currently looking for a Factory Operative in Braintree, Essex on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a new opportunity available due to continued business growth.

Applicants should be aware that this role can be a dirty environment and will involve an element of heavy manual handling.

Duties of the Factory Operative:

Basic Machine Operating
Moving stock which will be heavy (up to 25kg)
Unloading finished product
Assisting skilled machinist with their role
Working in the warehouse
Undertaking training in skilled setting operating on machinery
The Ideal Applicant:

Previous experience in Manufacturing and Production
Able to lift up to 25kg
A teachable attitude and willingness to learn as progression is available
Available for an immediate start
Looking for a long term position
Hours and Pay:

Monday - Friday
08:00 - 17:00
£11.44ph (starting pay - will increase if taken on perm)
Temp - Perm (for the right candidate)
