Hello,
My client is an well established company based in Stansted. They have exciting opportunities for CNC Machinists to join their growing team.
They are currently in need of the following:
CNC MACHINIST:
* Proven experience in a CNC Machinist role using 3/4/5 axis machines
* Experience with either:- Mazatrol, Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc control.
* Proven experience of either:- Matsuura, Hurco, Mazak, Anayak, Bridgeport or Hermle
* CNC machines.
CNC OPERATOR/SETTER :
* Proven experience in a CNC Setter/Operator role using 3/4/5 axis machines
* Experience of Multi pallet.
* Heidenhain, Hurcos, and Mazatrol experience is essential.
* Previous Aerospace experience would be advantageous.
* Must be able to program/set and operate machine
CNC PROGRAMMER:
* To produce 3 and 5 axis CNC programs with supporting documentation from both 2D drawings and 3D models
* Proven experience of aerospace or precision engineering
* Experience in LEAN manufacturing principles
* Previous HyperMill experience preferred
ALL ROLES REQUIRE:
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Ability to work to tight tolerances
* Ability to use measuring equipment (Vernier callipers, bore micrometers etc.)
LOCATION: STANSTED
HOURS: There are day and night shifts available.
SALARY: £16.00 - £18.50 PER HOUR
