A superb business are going through substianial growth at present, and are on the look out for an ambitious HR Business Parnter to join their lovely team! Your role will be to drive results as well as increase employee engagement to support the business strategy. Offering a superb salary of up to £60,000 per annum depending on your experience.

This a full time, permanent role, offering hybrid working! PLUS fantastic benefits.

The Role:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships to achieve high levels of trust, respect and professionalism.

* Advise and coach managers on how the people agenda may be ‘worked’ to deliver success.

* Support a culture of high performance where talent is recognised.

* Enable, and challenge, team cultures and behaviours to ensure that they are consistent with organisational culture at all times.

* Analyse People trends and metrics, understanding data and insight both externally and internally.

* Support all managers and employees on HR policies and practices.

* Develop plans and report on recruitment, training, succession planning and talent development.

* Resolve complex employee relations and absence issues.

* Participate in the development and delivery of HR programmes including compensiation and benefits and Learning and Development.

Skills

* Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law.

* CIPD level 5 or above.

* Experience of operating with a commercial understanding of business needs and goals.

* Up to date knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR

* Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationships.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
