Machine Shop Supervisor

Our client, a small to medium sized engineering company, have an immediate requirement to recruit a well versed hands on Machine Shop Supervisor.

You typical day will be split between supervision of a small team of CNC Machinists and being hands on working on the CNC Machines.

Ideal candidates will be well versed CNC Machinists ( Turning ) with programming skills. Someone from a heavy engineering background preferred.

In your supervisory role, you will be responsible for making sure that all the correct job cards are being worked, and making sure that everything is running smoothly.

This is a permanent role where you will work a regular Day shift ( 12:15 finish on a Friday ). In return you can expect a salary of £35k £38k dependant on previous experience.

CNC Machinists that are looking for an opportunity to get into a supervisory role will be considered.
