What the job will be doing

* Employee experience case management

* Covering all area of discipline – handlings grievance’s, disciplinaries, performance management, probations and ill health capability, through to appeal level.

What you will need

* Be able to hit the ground running and deal with fast paced environment

* Deal with a number of er caseworks simultaneously
