Role: CRM Administrator

Location: Doncaster - hybrid or remote options available (occasional travel to the office will be essential)

Salary: Up to £32,000pa plus company bonus

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company bonus, development opportunities and so much more!

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your CRM administration experience to maintain and optimise the CRM system
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure effective system functionality
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting any system issues that arise
Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvementRequirements:

Previous experience in CRM administration is essential - experience with Hubspot would be a distinct advantage
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and data management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
