About the role: SEN Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• A relevant qualification in SEN is beneficial but not essential; experience is key.
• Passion for nurturing and guiding children in a supportive, patient manner.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with staff and parents.
• Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for children with ASD in Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning strategies.
• Use specialist resources and techniques to engage and encourage students.
• Monitor and record student progress, supporting their emotional and social development.
• Collaborate with the SEN team to ensure each child’s needs are fully met.
