Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a Commercial Law firm based in Redditch who specialise in recovering debts, both pre and post litigation. This Debt Recovery Specialist role is fast paced, and involves being a key point of contact for a number of clients, building and developing strong relationships.

The Role:

Managing telephone and email communication from both debtors and clients
Managing the relationship between the business and courts during any litigation
Preparing documents and progressing files
Using a variety of methods to recover debts
Overseeing and reporting on your caseloadThe Ideal Debt Recovery Specialist will have:

Understanding and experience with the debt recovery process, both pre litigation and post (Required)
Experience within a commercial environment, preferably a law firm
Experience operating a case management system
