Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next opportunity?

One of our clients who are a leading developer contractor, are looking to invest in their commercial team, add a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

You will need to be passionate about the commercial aspects of Construction and up for a challenge, work well on a team, collabrate new ideas with the team and be proactive in day to day outcomes.

The Role

My client really value their surveyors at all level, where they lead the team from the front and are fully trusted toi get the projects completed on time and within budget. You will be given the ownership to take the lead on your project and manage valuations, project cashflows, turnover forcasts, monthly cost reports and progress all the records. Report into dirtectors and meetings with the commercial team. Ensuring workload targets, deadlines are met and commercial tasks are met and updated monthly.
