Your new role
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Managing and processing customer orders, including data entry, tracking, and coordination with the production and shipping departments.
Maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, order history, and communication logs.
Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Welcoming guests, providing general assistance, and being the point of contact.
Keeping the visitor logbook and building reception system updated.
Ensuring guests and visitors have the necessary access.
Arranging refreshments and snacks for meetings.
Coordinating with guests, couriers, deliveries, maintenance, and other queries.
Collecting and distributing office post.
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain a well-ordered office environment.
Strong verbal and written communication to interact with staff, vendors, and clients professionally.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the beverage or distillery industry.
Willingness to work on reception and welcome guests to the office.
A can-do attitude and a self-starting approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
