The company:This company is a 10 year running domiciliary care organisation looking to make a start in developing homes for adults with supported living. This company is looking for a well experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager who has experience running an adults supporting living home.
Your Role:You will be required to oversee the whole service and also implement new ideas to help get the service up and running. You will also be asked if you can help bring on any new clients to match the service needs which will be adults with autism and other challenging behaviours.You will be managing a team of 24 staff members all who have previously worked with the company within domiciliary care.You will have a massive impact on where the future of the service will be going and to decide on who you want within your management team.Essential:Experience managing a supported living service for adultsHaving a full clean British driving licenseThe ability to adaptTo be able to manager a whole team and serviceThe ability to communicate and share ideas
Desirable:Currently a registered manager in a supporting living home or have been a deputy for a few years and waiting to make the move
Salary:This will be negotiable as the current owners of the company are very open and flexible
Benefits:Monday - Friday working 09:00 - 17:00Negotiable salaryOpportunity to be apart of a brand new serviceA dedicated company who are willing to pay for any training courses
