About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a dynamic team at a leading facility in Spalding.
 
This is a night-shift role, working from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 shift pattern.
 
This position will see you playing a pivotal role in minimising downtime, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.
 
Who We Are Looking For

Time-served engineer with a recognised apprenticeship
MUST holds relevant electrical and mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3, or equivalent)
Strong electrical fault-finding skills; experience with Logic Control systems is a bonus
A motivated, adaptable individual with a positive, solution-focused mindset
Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene
