Job Opportunity: Working Foreman / Leading Hand – Carpentry (Guildford Area)

4Site are seeking an experienced Working Foreman / Leading Hand for a refurbishment project on a farm near Guildford. This role is carpentry-based and requires a hands-on approach to leading the team on-site.

Job Details:

Start Date: 24th March
Duration: Minimum 2 months
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Location: Near Guildford (own transport required)

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role
Ability to read and work from drawings
First Aid certification (essential)
Own transport and power tools

Duties:

Leading and overseeing the site team
Hands-on carpentry work
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
