Siamo Recruitment are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to be based in the Denbighshire area on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a recognised Level 3 or Level 4 qualification as awarded by the CII/PFS. Study support will be provided if required. There is requirement for ongoing professional development to retain an understanding of legislation.
Key Responsibilities:

Arranging and maintaining diary appointments.
Using cashflow software.
Providing exceptional client service via telephone, email and face to face when required.
Maintaining and updating client records.
Using various 3rd party software and websites to create, record and update client records ensuring that these are kept up to date for compliance purposes.
Liaising effectively with product providers and accurately record the details of discussions.
Processing new business applications for new and existing clients.
Ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
General Administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning.
Gathering valuations and the relevant documentation to prepare review packs.
The ideal candidate will have:

A professional manner at all times.
Strong administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
The ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, along with an eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will have CRM experience, ideally within financial services. It is desirable that the candidate has some experience using Prestwood and/or Curo.
