As they roll out their latest business plan, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing success in delivering top-notch products and services that set industry standards.
Responsibilities:

Drive new business development and manage existing customer base.

Champion the promotion, sales, and support the innovative product range to both existing and potential customers.

Forge and nurture strong business and customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Propel sales growth through a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.

Manage the sales pipeline and funnel using CRM tools, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Cultivate and expand key accounts, driving mutual success.

Swiftly address and resolve customer issues, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, delivering results within agreed timelines.

Provide senior management with reports on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
Candidate Profile:

A proven track record in sales, particularly within wood coatings, is essential.
*
Experience as a Spray Shop Manager, with a desire to transition into sales, will be considered.
*
Strong understanding of coating and spray shop application processes is a significant advantage.
*
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and sell based on value rather than price alone. ·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building lasting relationships.
*
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a competitive market.

Right to work in the UK, no sponsorship available
*
UK driving licence, willingness to travel 4 days a week.
