Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior sales negotiators in managing property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
Participate in training sessions to develop your knowledge of the property market, sales processes, and negotiation techniques.
Support the team in administrative tasks, including managing property listings, updating the CRM system, and preparing sales documentation.Qualifications:

No prior experience in estate agency is required, but a strong desire to learn and succeed in the industry is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach are essential.
