Experienced Drylining Site Manager Needed - Liverpool

Our client, a leading drylining contractor with a strong reputation in the commercial, healthcare, and student accommodation sectors, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Liverpool team. With a track record of working alongside Tier 1 contractors on high-profile projects, they offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus car allowance and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage drylining projects in Liverpool and surrounding areas, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring safe working practices and efficient project delivery.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.Requirements:

Proven experience in drylining, ideally in a Site Management or similar role.
Valid SMSTS qualification.
Strong understanding of drylining systems, materials, and construction techniques.
Fit-out drylining background preferred.
