Are you an experienced Estimator (Any Level) with a passion for architectural steelwork and cladding?
 
Join a well-established contractor specialising in architectural metalwork, structural steel and cladding, including balconies, staircases, balustrades, handrails, glass, and access ladders.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of assigned estimates
Price and manage projects involving architectural and structural steelwork.
Engage with clients, contractors, and consultants to understand requirements and expectations.
Prepare and submit accurate, timely estimates to meet client deadlines.
Attend estimating, pre-contract, and handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions to the production team.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to secure project wins and build long-term partnerships. The Ideal Candidate

Experience: Proven track record in pricing architectural and structural steelwork projects.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes in metalwork and steel sectors.
Commercial Awareness: Ability to deliver accurate estimates and manage budgets effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Confidence in engaging with clients, designers, and contractors, coupled with excellent negotiation skills.
Time Management: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. What’s on Offer?
