As a Disrepair Caseworker, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with the contract manager and disrepair surveyor to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. Experience in contract working and liaising with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with disrepair surveyors
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of property maintenance and relevant regulations
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification in property management or related field
Relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent experience
