£12.45 per hour

Our Newark based client are seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to cover maternity leave. If you’re passionate about real estate and have excellent people skills, this could be the perfect role for you

THE ROLE

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator you’ll be responsible for managing viewings, negotiating rental terms, and ensuring great relationships with tenants and landlords alike. responsibilities include:

* Managing property viewings and liaising with potential tenants

* Handling rental negotiations and agreements

* Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants

* Keeping track of listings and marketing properties

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Trainee Lettings Negotiator will be self motivated and be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

* Has strong communication skills

* Is detail-oriented and organised

* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

* Has experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
