Due to a new contract win 18Rec are looking for a Voids Supervisor for their social housing client in the Midlands.
Role will be working on the Voids side of the contract, and will involve managing a small team of operatives, carrying out pre & post inspections.
Ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have a working knowledge of the NHMF Nat Fed rates.
Permanent position offering salary of £35,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + van/fuel card.
