We have a new opportunity for a Senior Homologation Engineer to join an industry leading, global manufacturing business based in the Solihull area.

Salary: £70,000

Location: Close to Birmingham International.

Responsibilities:

* Support the certification strategy for overseas markets, including local homologation requirements.

* Liaise with certification test services and test authorities.

* Lead homologation planning for system approvals and arrangements for testing.

* Help the company to develop new products that are suitable for worldwide markets.

* Work closely with headquarter and the UK and EU organisations related to homologations.

* Support the development of the company’s Oversea Marketing Strategies.

Requirements:

* BS/MS or above in Science/Engineering or a related discipline

* Minimum of three years’ R&D experience in relevant industries

* Good understanding of automotive regulations around the world

* Experience in regulation analysis and homologation process

* Automotive industry experience is preferable
