Key Responsibilities:

Monitor stock levels and forecast needs, advising on restocking
Manage stock acquisition, raise purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely deliveries
Choose efficient and cost-effective transportation for shipments
Work with the Finance Manager to plan payments and maintain cash flow
Build and maintain supplier relationships across regions
Collaborate with teams across the organisation, including Operations, Warehousing, Finance, and more
Identify new suppliers to improve cost, sustainability, or environmental impact
Maintain accurate records on the system
Update procedures and best practices for team useGeneral Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively, provide feedback, and treat everyone with respect
Keep orderly records and travel as needed for supplier visits or events
Pursue professional development and complete ad hoc tasks
Follow company policies, health and safety rules, and promote Corporate Social ResponsibilitySkills & Qualifications:

Supply Chain or Procurement Management qualification (desirable)
Experience with global logistics (sea, rail, air) and team management.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
