Are you eager to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the sector is currently seeking a HVAC Engineer to join their growing team in the York area.

The Role

As a HVAC Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in:

* Working across a commercial building, based in York.

* Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance including filter changes and cleaning on AHU's, basic plumbing, temp testing, flushing, water hygiene, plant room checks, fault finding, emergency light testing, sprinkler testing, etc.

About You

To be successful in the role of HVAC Engineer you’ll bring the following skills and experience:

* Experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role ideally.

* Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC qualifications would be highly desirable, not essential.

* Experience working in a commercial environment.
