About Us:
This client is a large regional main contractor based on the South Coast, they operate within a range of sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial & educational sector. They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a new 90 bed care home valued at approximately £10 million.
Role Overview:
As the Project Manager, you will lead the construction from inception through to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the on-site team, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the care home construction project, from planning to handover.
Ensure project timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to.
Lead and manage the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
Manage project risk, troubleshooting potential issues as they arise.
Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on projects of a similar scale.
Experience in care home or residential builds is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management software.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.Benefits:
