M4 Specialist are looking for a hire desk controller for one of our well-known, established clients.

Key responsibilities;

* To be the first contact point for hires, dealing with telephone enquiries and orders from customers and to provide accurate information on equipment as required.

* Ensuring that all opportunities are recognised to maximise all hire opportunities.

* Liaise with the workshop and drivers to ensure that equipment is available and ready to hire.

Person Specification:

* To be personable, approachable, and have excellent people skills.

* Must be confident and possess an excellent telephone manner.

* Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic outlook.

* Excellent admin skills and the ability to work with a methodical approach.

* Ability to prioritise and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

* Experience of the hire sector is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
