We are recruiting for a laser setter operator to join a leading manufacturer in the Dudley area.

This role is long term, full time and offers excellent benefits.

The Role of laser setter operator:

* Working within a manufacturing team responsible for setting and operating the laser machines

* Set and operate bystronic based laser machines to a high level

* Loading and unloading of raw materials onto line, supervising materials and cut parts

* Knowledge and understanding of drawings

What we are ideally looking for in a Laser Setter Operator:

* Experience of working on a Laser machine

* Highly advantageous if you've worked on Bystronic machinery

* It would be advantageous if you have a FLT Licence

* Previous fabrication experience

* Able to work from drawings

Benefits and specifics of laser setter operator:

* Starting pay rate of £13.50 on the Morning Shift & £14.00 per hour on the Afternoon shift

* 6am-2:30pm Monday to Friday and 2pm-11:30pm and Fridays 2pm-6pm, Rotating Weekly

* Temporary-Permanent position

* Overtime opportunities available on Saturday mornings paid at time and a half

* Temporary to permanent role – leading to permanent contract after 13 weeks
