Qualiteach is currently looking for an experienced learning mentor to work at a local secondary school in the Stockport area. The role will begin on 25/11/2024 and is offered on a full-time, ongoing basis until the end of the academic year.

The role will involve working with pupils across KS3 and KS4, supporting them in their classes. There will also be some sessions where you will work with small groups of pupils. The school are looking for someone who can quickly build rapport and engage with students from an array of backgrounds and abilities.

Key Requirements:

* Experience of working with pupils across KS3/KS4

* Strong behaviour management strategies

* Able to quickly engage and build rapport with pupils

* Support students in small groups and within whole classes

* Excellent communication skills

* Available from 25/11/2024

* Have right to work in the UK

* Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service

The school has a modern build with state of the art equipment throughout and free on-site parking. The SLT and staff are welcoming and supportive and ongoing CPD is provided.
