About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on business development and sales to join our growing team in Solihull. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and win new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
