We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Gerrards Cross, UK. As a leading home care provider, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care to our clients in the community. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular visits to clients' homes to assess their care needs and ensure the quality of care provided meets our standards

* Supervise and support a team of care workers, providing guidance and training as needed

* Coordinate and schedule care visits for clients, ensuring all shifts are covered and any changes are communicated effectively

* Conduct care reviews and risk assessments, updating care plans as needed

* Act as a point of contact for clients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

* Monitor and maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions

* Liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure coordinated care for clients

* Participate in on-call duties as scheduled, providing support and guidance to care workers in emergency situations

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role in the care sector

* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification

* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and support a team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle

* Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
