A global Manufacturing business is looking to hire a passionate & experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing organisation. This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for leading their UK Marketing operations and you will play a pivotal role, working closely with their leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Implementation: Drive marketing, advertising, and promotional activities through the most effective channels.

* Online Presence: Manage and enhance our website using content management systems.

* Brand Development: Create innovative strategies to boost brand awareness.

* Creative Oversight: Prepare and manage catalogues and brochures that capture attention.

* Collaborative Partnerships: Work alongside professional services and support teams to explore licensing and partnership opportunities.

* Budget Management: Develop and control the marketing budget, ensuring financial efficiency.

* Event Representation: Represent our company at key exhibitions and events.

* Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful monthly marketing reviews and reports to stakeholders.

* Sales Support: Assist the Sales Director in ensuring top-notch customer-facing activities.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the manufacturing industry or a related field.

* Highly organized and efficient with exceptional attention to detail.

* Inspirational leader with a talent for motivating and supporting a marketing team.

* Skilled in executing strategic marketing campaigns and generating leads.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational abilities, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* A team player skilled at building relationships internally and externally.

* Experience in a senior marketing role within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable
