WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED WORKING FOREMAN FOR AN ESTABLISHED BUILDER BASED IN THE SURREY AREA SPECIALISING IN DOMESTIC EXTENSIONS AND NEW BUILD HOUSES

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed to the
highest standard.
 Lead and work alongside tradespeople, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
 Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
 Liaise with clients, subcontractors, office, and suppliers to maintain smooth project
progression.
 Ensure all work complies with building regulations, health &and safety standards,
company policies and SOP's
 Problem-solve on-site issues and keep projects on schedule.
 Carry out hands-on work when required, setting an example for the team.
Requirements:
 Proven experience as a Working Foreman in domestic extensions and new build
houses.
 Strong knowledge of all aspects of construction, including groundwork, brickwork,
carpentry, roofing, and finishing trades.
 Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
 A valid CSCS card (SMSTS or SSSTS qualification desirable).
 Full UK driving licence.
 Good Communication skills
